By purchasing a commission, You are also confirming that any funds you would provide for your commission is yours to use. Please be aware that by placing a commission you are also agreeing to the terms listed here.Artist offers payment plans on ALL commission orders that total above $200. If a payment plan is offered the artist will not start any work until payment has been made in full. If for any reason you find yourself unable to pay in a reasonable time PLEASE NOTIFY THE ARTIST. They will be willing to work with you on a timeline. However, if artist goes weeks without hearing from you after work has been completed the artist may seek legal action in order to gain payment.
The artist maintains rights to deny the request for a payment plan for any reason. It is a privilege out of the kindness of the artist NOT a right.All prices are listed in USD. All payments will be handled through Paypal Invoicing.
I reserve the right to deny any request whether it is due to artistic incompatibility, lack of slots, or any other reason.......................................

Illustrations created for the client are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Any commercial use is prohibited. Any reproduction with intent to sell is prohibited.

......................................COMMERCIAL WORK UPCHARGES40% upcharge on COMMERCIAL ASSETS > PNGTubers, Alerts, Digital Stickers, and other assets used directly in the content that is creating income.100% upcharge on MERCHANDISING work > any work that is made in intent to be sold as a product. EX: Designs for shirts, mugs, stickers, wallpaper screens, illustrations made for a subscription based service [such as patreon or onlyfans] or any other sort of product that will be produced / shipped / purchased by 3rd parties.

In the event that the client decides to sell the design to another individual the client MUST notify the artist of the following:
Their intent to sell, who the buyer is, and the buyer must be willing to sign to similar terms with the artist in order to purchase the model.Alterations may incur an additional charge depending on complexity and time of request. Price of fee will be determined based on complexity of alteration.
Client must provide artist with a image reference of model details in order to obtain a deposit and to not incur a character design fee. If client does not have an image reference they will be required to also adhere to the "Character Design" section of the terms and services.......................................

Character design commission slots include a final reference image with 3 expression sketches or one large expression sketch on a separate canvas. Any other details requested by the client in the reference sheet may increase the price quote of the design based on complexity.......................................

Cancellations for Live2D Models + Rigging : Any cancellation after the initial deposit has been paid will result in a cancellation fee of 75% of the initial quote for the final piece.
ANY REFUSAL TO PAY THE CANCELLATION FEE WILL RESULT IN A PERMANENT BLACKLISTING FOR ANY AND ALL FUTURE COMMISSIONS AND POTENTIALLY LEGAL ACTION IN ORDER TO GAIN PAYMENT.
Cancellation for Emotes will only be permitted if artist is unable to complete request.Cancellation for character design will NOT result in a refund of the intial deposit. Additionally any design work the artist has completed will belong to the artist and not the client. The client does NOT maintain any rights over the design. Artist WILL post unpaid design works as adoptable designs for purchase from anyone willing to pay the unpaid fee.......................................
......................................Pricing of BundlesIf you already have a portion that comes with the bundle (ex. ordering the VTuber All in One bundles but you already have a character design from myself or another artist), that portion of the bundle will be reducted from your costs.......................................

I do not allow my work in any way, shape, or form, to be used in blockchain technology (Crypto and NFTs and anything similar) and AI machine artwork. You may not order art in the place of anyone who participates in NFTs, Crypto, or AI art. You may not claim, steal, or use my work as your own. You may not use any personal art you have ordered from me in a commercial setting without first contacting and purchasing commercial rights from me. You are not allowed to directly edit any of my work without permission. Live2D Models and any other medium that has software to alter colors must be approved by me first. Livery PSDs can be color changed and edited as it is included with buying the PSD.If you are found to break any of these rules, the following will occur:
If you break TOS in the middle of an order in progress, you will not be refunded or recieve the work. If you break TOS after the work has been completed, you will forefit all commercial rights if applicable. If at any point the TOS is broken, you will also be blacklisted from purchasing my work in the future.
